Key Personnel

Stephen is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Manager with over 25 years of experience in all phases of construction. He excels in analyzing, managing, and
overseeing design decisions during the early phases of projects.

Leveraging substantial experience across multiple sectors of real estate, particularly residential (super prime, PRS, market, and affordable, including high-rise) and mixed-use, Stephen has led design management from initial brief creation through planning applications to construction delivery and handover.

Gary is a qualilfied Commercial Director with 25 years’ experience delivering development projects across a wide range of real estate sectors. Gary has extensive experience overseeing large functional departments, as well as leading third-party advisors, consultant contractors, and subcontractors.

He will bring an in-depth understanding of design efficiencies value engineering, and setup of rigid risk, commercial and procurement management principles.

Tom has over 20 years of experience in real estate consultancy, specialising in capital markets, property investment management and development. He has spent the past twelve years as a principal investor for a Middle Eastern private office focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

He was also part of the executive team overseeing the development of a major UK infrastructure project handling land acquisition, compulsory purchase and work streams including land-use planning and environmental impact assessment.  Tom holds a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2003.
